I found this on Facebook
and I wanted to share this because we all are different but we all have
something in common which is we are all living beings who have something to
contribute in society, in our personal lives and in our profession. As educators we must encourage children to be
themselves so that they can explore and develop into strong individuals to be
successful.
Advocating for the wellbeing
of children has been my stance since I began teaching in the field of Special
Education. As long as I can, I will
continue to find resources and support children’s development through making a
difference through ensuring the policies, regulations, and laws have a vested
interest to meet the needs of all children.
I love this quote, especially as I consider myself a gardener. So true that each child is unique and beautiful.
